01. Overview

At Freshorganic, we want you to feel confident when enrolling in mindful eating coaching. This Return & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and program changes work for clients in the Netherlands, the European Union, and internationally.

Because coaching is a personal service delivered over time, refunds are calculated based on sessions completed and materials accessed. Physical products, if offered, follow separate return instructions provided at purchase.

02. 14-day cooling-off period (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason, in accordance with the Dutch Civil Code and EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Important: If you request that coaching begins during the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to a full refund once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

To exercise cooling-off rights, send a clear statement to service@freshorganic.world including your name, email, program purchased, and date of purchase.

03. Monthly program cancellations

All monthly coaching packages (Starter Journey, Mindful Path, Deep Nourishment) renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

  • You may cancel future billing at any time before your next renewal date
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
  • No refund is issued for the current month once coaching sessions included in that month have been delivered
  • Unused sessions within a paid month may be credited toward a future month at our discretion

04. Individual session policy

Client cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Free reschedule to another available slot within 60 days
  • Less than 24 hours: Session considered used; no refund unless emergency (illness, bereavement) — contact us
  • No-show: Full session fee applies

Coach cancellations

If we cancel a session, you receive priority rescheduling or a full credit for that session. Repeated cancellations on our side entitle you to a partial refund or program credit.

05. How to request a refund

Email service@freshorganic.world with:

  1. Your full name and email used at registration
  2. Program name and purchase date
  3. Reason for the request (optional but helpful)
  4. Number of sessions completed

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–10 additional days.

06. Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • All contracted sessions for a billing period have been completed
  • Digital resource libraries were fully downloaded or shared in bad faith
  • Termination results from violation of our Terms of Use
  • Promotional or discounted packages marked "non-refundable" at purchase

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of services pending investigation.

07. Digital materials and workshops

Pre-recorded audio guides, PDF workbooks, and workshop recordings are non-refundable once downloaded or streamed, except within the 14-day cooling-off window if you have not accessed them. Workshop tickets may be transferred to another date up to 7 days before the event.

08. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied after your first paid coaching session, contact us within 7 days. We will offer a complimentary follow-up session with a different coach or a partial credit toward another program — our good-faith resolution before formal dispute procedures.

EU consumers retain all mandatory rights under local consumer protection law that cannot be waived by this policy.
